The Shure SBC-AX is a networked charging module designed exclusively for use with Shure Axient® digital wireless systems.  SBC-AX charges two SB900/SB900 Rechargeable Batteries in the SBRC Shure Battery Rack Charger (sold separately). Configurable bays in the SBRC allow for mixing and matching of up to four charging modules, for a total of eight batteries. With smart charging technology, it ensures optimal battery life, charge cycles, and readiness for demanding professional applications. The module enables remote monitoring via Shure's Wireless Workbench® software, allowing integrators and technicians to track battery status, health, and runtime across multiple systems. Built for flexibility and efficiency, the SBC-AX simplifies wireless system maintenance in touring rigs, installed AV systems, and broadcast setups.
