The VLA-C2100 is a two-way full-range loudspeaker comprising a high-frequency section and a low-frequency section. The high-frequency section employs a horn-loaded design with three D2415 drivers, each featuring a 1.5-inch diameter annular diaphragm, 1.5-inch voice coil, and neodymium motor to provide controlled directivity and sensitivity. The low-frequency section contains dual 2261 Differential Drive drivers with 10-inch cones and 3-inch voice coils, delivering the bass response.

The enclosure is constructed from multi-layer reinforced fiberglass with steel end panels. The grille consists of 14-gauge perforated steel, zinc plated and powder coated, backed by an acoustically transparent black baffle cloth, a hydrophobic mesh underlayer, and a waterproof rail system. The rigging system is integrated into the enclosure design, allowing selection of inter-box angles during array assembly. Additional accessories include a rigging frame, pull-back bar, and a cardioid kit for subwoofer configuration.
