The TH118XL-I-W subwoofer features a tapped horn design that doubles the output efficiency of its driver element, enhancing low-frequency power output. This design supports high power handling and enables the unit to deliver volume comparable to two standard 2×18-inch front-loaded cabinets, while requiring fewer amplifiers.
The cabinet includes interlocking skids on its top and bottom surfaces, allowing secure stacking with additional TH118XL or SH96/96HO units.
