The MA4-D is a 2RU, four-channel amplifier from the JBL DSi 2.0 series, designed for cinema audio applications. It features bridgeable outputs and supports high-power-density 2Ω mode, enabling a single channel to drive up to four JBL surround speakers. The amplifier integrates Crown DriveCore technology and 32-bit/96kHz floating-point DSP, providing high power density, stability, and audio fidelity.

Available in analog-plus-digital "D" versions, the MA4-D includes Dante/AES67 connectivity for networked audio distribution and direct interfacing with Dolby Atmos without additional processing hardware. It supports SNMP connectivity for integration with third-party theater management and cinema control systems. The amplifier includes JBL Cinema Speaker presets to optimize audio playback and protect connected equipment.
