The Key Digital KD-PS42 is a 4x2 presentation switcher designed for professional AV installations requiring flexible input/output control and seamless signal integration. With four input ports (2 HDMI, 1 DisplayPort, and 1 VGA with analog audio) and dual mirrored outputs (1 HDMI and 1 HDBaseT), this unit offers automatic and manual switching, audio de-embedding, CEC control, and video resolution support up to 4K/UHD at 18Gbps. Its HDBaseT output extends video, audio, control, and power over a single Cat5e/6 cable up to 100 meters, making it perfect for conference rooms, classrooms, houses of worship, and digital signage systems. Built-in control options include IR, RS-232, TCP/IP, and front panel buttons, while compatibility with Key Digital's free iOS app and KD-CAM USB camera makes it a complete solution for BYOD environments and video conferencing applications.
