The JBL CSMA series mixer-amplifiers are designed for commercial audio applications and occupy 1U of rack space. They incorporate Crown's DriveCore technology to reduce size and weight while maintaining high efficiency and fanless operation. The series includes single-channel models with four mixer channels and two-channel models with eight mixer channels. The front panel provides volume controls for each channel, master volume adjustment, adjustable bass and treble controls, and a power switch. Volume controls are surrounded by illuminated rings for visibility in low-light conditions.

These amplifiers support 8-ohm and 4-ohm speaker loads and are compatible with 70V and 100V distributed audio systems without requiring an external transformer. Input options consist of balanced microphone/line inputs, unbalanced RCA inputs, and RJ45 connectors for integration with JBL CSR-V in-wall volume controls. The units feature a universal power supply accepting AC voltages from 100 to 240 VAC at 50/60 Hz.

Manufactured in compliance with RoHS standards under HARMAN's GreenEdge environmental initiative, the CSMA series uses recycled materials and energy-efficient finishing processes. The DriveCore technology enhances power efficiency by up to 80 percent compared to previous designs. All models include a three-year transferable warranty.
