The AM5215/26-WRX is a two-way, full-range loudspeaker system featuring a 380 mm (15 inch) low-frequency driver with JBL Differential Drive technology, including dual voice coils and dual magnetic gaps (model 265H-1). The high-frequency section uses a 38 mm (1.5 inch) exit compression driver (model 2408H-1) with a 38 mm (1.5 inch) voice coil. The loudspeaker incorporates a large-format PT Progressive Transition waveguide that provides coverage patterns of 120° by 60°. The waveguide is rotatable, enabling installation in either vertical or horizontal orientation. The system includes high-slope passive crossover networks designed to minimize frequency band overlap. The loudspeaker exhibits controlled off-axis response to enhance compatibility in array configurations.
