The Allen & Heath AR2412 is a remote AudioRack expansion unit designed to integrate seamlessly with Allen & Heath digital mixers, including the GLD and SQ series. Offering 24 XLR inputs and 12 XLR outputs, the AR2412 connects over a single Cat5 cable via Allen & Heath’s dSNAKE protocol, delivering high-quality, low-latency audio distribution up to 120m (394 ft) from the mixer. It also provides an additional expansion port to connect an AR84 AudioRack or an AB168 stagebox for system scalability and Monitor port for connection to ME-1 personal mixers. Rugged and rackmount-ready, the AR2412 is built to handle live sound reinforcement, houses of worship, corporate AV, and installation environments where stage-to-console connectivity must be reliable and efficient.
